This issue effects the wallpaper template version 1.4.

Fix

1) Open build.gradle (Module:app).

2) Remove line 14:

vectorDrawables.useSupportLibrary = true

3) The issue should now be fixed.

This is a temporary workaround. This issue will be fixed in the next release.
